We will not play Dec 23 through Jan 1 (Happy Holidays!!)
– Cost:
— WPC Members: $6 per 2-hr session; $9 per 3-hr session — $60 punch cards offered
— Non-WPC Members: $9 per 2-hr session; $12 per 3-hr session — No punch card offered
— We will honor punch cards from last year
— New punch cards will still cost $60
— Players need to use PlaytimeScheduler — 30+ players means we will play games to 9 (implemented at the Court Monitor’s discretion).
– New this year:
— Challenge Court with a separate sign-up board. If you win, you and your partner stay, but must split sides. Challenge Court will be the court closest to the tables and further from the entrance.
— President’s Day Pickledome Tourney 17-18 Feb — details to follow
— Those who arrive first will tape and may add their name’s to dry erase board.
More events are planned for all… Beginners/Novices, Advanced, a league, special events and a tournament are in the works.
We invite you to join the WPC for full-time play — or simply drop in to see what pickleball is about or to begin learning the game. If you’re just visiting the area, please feel free to come by and join the fun with us.
